Imagine a family vacation filled with laughter, sandy toes, and salty kisses. That’s exactly what the Sanders Family from Texas experienced during their stay in sunny Del Mar, California. Their goal? To capture the pure joy of their adorable kiddos, Preston and Hadley, as they enjoyed the San Diego beaches. Their Del Mar Beach Family Session was such a blast! 

The coastal weather was cloudy and chilly, but we didn’t let the weather dampen the mood! We still captured some pretty precious moments despite the weather, and undoubtedly created long-lasting memories from this special family vacation. 

Del Mar Beach Family Session

What I loved most about their session was their joyful and relaxed approach. They weren’t worried about getting messy at all. Instead, they encouraged their kiddos to have fun, be free, and just let them be kids splashing in shallow ocean waves. By the end of the session, everyone was drenched, but it was 100% worth it to see this sweet family so happy. 

With sandy feet and wet clothes, the Sanders Family embraced the messiness of the moment and the allure of the beach. The children played in the surf, their giggles and smiles lighting up the cloudy evening. The result? Authentic and precious memories captured in every image. 

Their candid and timeless family photos are a beautiful reminder of what happens when we let go of the idea of “perfection” –  true magic unfolds.  As we ended their session soaked from the waves, I know the Sanders Family left with hearts full of joy and fun memories that would last a lifetime, reminding them of their California beach vacation filled with love, laughter, and the beauty of simply being together.
