The Lancaster’s extended family sunset session in Oceanside, CA was an absolute blast! This amazing, fun family of 10 from Utah were visiting the California coast for their summer vacation. The sun-kissed shores near the Oceanside Pier provided the perfect backdrop for their family session. They even braved the ocean waves, allowing me to capture candid images of them kicking up water.

The matriarch and patriarch of the Lancaster family gathered at the beach with their three grown children, their respective spouses, and two adorable grand-babies. With two grandchildren in tow, aged just five months and two months, the Lancaster’s growing family was a beautiful reminder of why extended family sessions are so important. Little ones add an extra layer of joy to the images, showcasing the beautiful cycle of family growth and love. I also love watching children’s reaction to the water and the sand between their toes!
